The phablet craze still continues and Xolo, the Indian
smartphone maker is clearly joining in the race. The latest smartphone queuing
up to join the Xolo phones on shelves is Xolo Opus Q1000. The phablet is a
budget phablet and comes with average specifications. The focus is clearly on
the screen size. However, do not brush the hardware aside. Keeping in mind the
price, the features are definitely satisfactory.
Under the hood of Xolo Opus Q1000 runs a 1.2 Ghz quad-core processor. The phone comes with 4 GB internal memory, expandable up to 32 GB. The RAM is 1 GB. The hardware sounds satisfactory and for the price, is definitely worth it.
The phone comes with a generous 200 mAh battery which should last you for quite a bit. The connectivity options are all regular.
Xolo Opus Q1000 is priced at Rs 9999. For a price below the 10k mark, the phone is definitely a steal. The phone is expected to launch in the third week of December though there’s no official word from Xolo yet.
