Xolo Opus Q1000 Budget Phablet Features and Specification



The phablet craze still continues and Xolo, the Indian smartphone maker is clearly joining in the race. The latest smartphone queuing up to join the Xolo phones on shelves is Xolo Opus Q1000. The phablet is a budget phablet and comes with average specifications. The focus is clearly on the screen size. However, do not brush the hardware aside. Keeping in mind the price, the features are definitely satisfactory.



Xolo Opus Q1000 comes with a 5-inch display. The screen is an FWVGA IPS display and comes with a pixel resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The phone runs on Android Jelly Bean version 4.2. Though we do not see any updates in the future, version 4.2 is still pretty recent and most Android phones run on the version. 

Under the hood of Xolo Opus Q1000 runs a 1.2 Ghz quad-core processor. The phone comes with 4 GB internal memory, expandable up to 32 GB. The RAM is 1 GB. The hardware sounds satisfactory and for the price, is definitely worth it.

he phone comes with a 5 MP rear end camera and a basic front camera. Xolo Opus Q1000 comes with a single LED flash and the phone supports full HD video recording.

The phone comes with a generous 200 mAh battery which should last you for quite a bit. The connectivity options are all regular.

Xolo Opus Q1000 is priced at Rs 9999. For a price below the 10k mark, the phone is definitely a steal. The phone is expected to launch in the third week of December though there’s no official word from Xolo yet.
